The Dirty Printmakers of America is defined as a collective of professional printmakers who wish to

• Promote the education of printmaking techniques as they are continually recreated and transformed by artists & educators practicing in the United States.

• Promote the awareness of printmaking through exhibitions generated on multiple levels of public awareness: streets & neighborhoods; t-shirts worn and torn; museums and galleries.

• Promote the democratization of art through the making of multiples in ink which we define as American as Hell.
